Richard founded BoltonClarke after a successful 15 year career at a major international search organisation, during which he established himself as one of the leading global headhunters in the Process Control and Automation , Power Generation and Distribution industries.
"I founded BoltonClarke in order to offer something different to the technology marketplace in which we operate. My vision is to provide clients with a more focused partnership driven service, motivated by a combination of successful delivery and trust, without the shackles imposed by larger corporate recruitment structures which often compromise such a targeted approach.. Throughout my recruitment career, I have always found that the best results have been achieved by developing a deep bond of trust and loyalty with clients and as a result I have enjoyed working with some fantastic people, especially in the Process Control and Automation, Power Generation and Distribution fields. I look forward to partnering with BoltonClarke’s clients and providing the high standard of talent acquisition that major organisations need to stay ahead of the competition. I am sure that our commitment to service, professionalism and a high standard of business ethics will make BoltonClarke the recruiter of choice in our core markets."

Mark is a co-director of Mdina International Ltd, which specialises in bespoke leadership, management and sales development solutions in the B2B environment.
Mark is a qualified Prism practitioner and Mdina partner with BoltonClarke on Candidate Profiling using PRISM, within their two specialist areas : Process Control & Automation and Power Generation.
Previously Mark was EMEA Sales Director for one of the major C and I vendors and therefore has an excellent technical understanding of the business and understands better than most, the need for sourcing the right candidate within BoltonClarke’s area of expertise.
PRISM has been used successfully, to recruit the best talent internationally and is now a major tool, with numerous leading blue chip organisations.
Sourcing good sales and management personnel is a crucial step in developing successful organisations and Mdina help with this process using PRISM as the profiling tool of choice. This allows organisations to ensure that potential candidates are a good fit from a behavioural point of view, compared to their experience profile. It is normally the culture fit of the role and organisation that determines if the candidate will be successful in the role for the long term.
